Sustainable performance doesn’t come from isolated initiatives – it comes from creating structures, processes, and habits that continuously improve how an organization works. I support companies in building Lean Excellence across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and administration.

 

With Performance Management Advisors, I bring international experience in implementing Lean methods such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, and OEE in ways that truly fit the organization. Lean is not about “doing tools” – it is about creating the mindset, discipline, and culture that allow people to solve problems, remove waste, and deliver value more effectively.

Alongside ongoing support for teams, I also offer interactive workshops such as “Pit Stop to Excellence.” In these sessions, participants experience Lean principles in action – learning from the extreme efficiency of a Formula 1 pit stop to rethink and improve changeovers, production processes, and administrative workflows. The effect is immediate and memorable: everyone sees how small improvements, teamwork, and discipline can create breakthrough results.

I believe that every person in an organization should go through this experience at least once. It opens minds, helps people look beyond their daily routines, and inspires them to embrace process improvements with joy and creativity. Very often, these sessions bring hidden talents to the surface – employees who surprise themselves and others with ideas and initiative. I support leaders and teams through coaching and skills development, helping them strengthen their leadership style, improve communication, and build confidence. A key part of my work is the competence analysis of employees, which provides the basis for targeted training and development plans. To ensure progress, I implement the right tools to track growth and establish a strong feedback culture that fosters accountability and continuous improvement.
